Actress/singer Miranda Cosgrove suffered a broken ankle Thursday morning when her tour bus crashed into an overturned semi in Illinois. The “iCarly” star will postpone her summer tour until further notice.
Cosgrove, 18, was one of seven hurt when the bus hit the already-overturned truck on Interstate 70 near Vandalia, Ill., about 70 miles northeast of St. Louis, officials said.
The bus driver was listed in fair condition after being airlifted to a St. Louis hospital. The rest of the passengers were said to be in good condition, according to local news station KDSK 5, which shot video of the crash scene, below.
As part of her “Dancing Crazy Summer Tour,” Cosgrove was scheduled to perform Friday in Wichita, Kan., and Saturday in Denver.
